It is also to inform that this plant has the approval of Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) & Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) & Company is a Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000:2004) Certified Company & is also Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certified Company. We are Manufacturing Packaged Drinking Water as per ISO 14543-2016 & for this we are using all latest technologies & most of the Machines are Automatic & all our Products have the approval of Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) & Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).

ABOUT LOCATION:
This plant is situated on a Free Hold Land measuring 1367sq. Yds. or 12300 sq. ft & is facing National Highway. Building comprises double storied RCC Building for plant & Constructed Area on both the floors is 4000 sq. Ft & 2000 Sq. Ft area for storage of Raw Materials & finished goods & we had made a provision of Kota Stone Flooring in G.F with Glazed Tile lining on all the walls up to 5ft height & Aluminum partition for each Machine to maintain Hygienic Conditions in the Plant & with a provision of Air Ventilators Fixed on each entry & sufficient exhaust fans for proper ventilation & there is sufficient provision of natural light also. There is a provision of 1500 sq. Ft for storage of finished goods & Raw Materials. It has 20 ft. wide concrete pavement all around the Building for smooth movement of trucks for Loading & Unloading of finished goods & Raw Materials. In addition to this in the front of the building there is a 50 ft. Wide concrete pavement in the front of the building for proper loading & unloading of Raw Materials & finished goods. It is also to inform that we are having 2 bore wells one of 10" dia 200 ft deep & other of 13" dia 300 ft. Deep. Both the bore well have the consent of CGWB & in order to have a proper rain harvesting we had made the proper provision of open drains for collection & disposal of collected rain water & then this collected rain water is treated through 3 rain harvesting pits which helps us in maintain proper quality & quantity of RAW water we are using for proper rain harvesting & proper disposal of rain water & waste water.
The plant is situated in the approved Industrial Area of Roorkee Distt. Haridwar Uttrakhand. Haridwar, Roorkee is in the foothills of Shivalik Range & Shivalik Range is an important part of Mountain Himalaya so the quality of main source of our Raw Water is very good.
Moreover as per the chemical test conducted by the Government of India it has been observed in the Chemical Analysis that in general all the chemicals of groundwater are within permissible limits of drinking & irrigation purpose of water. As the Distt. Haridwar is on the bank of holy Ganga River so the water of Ganga seeps in the ground water & that makes the quality of ground water better very well & the TDS of raw water we are using is 225-250 & PH 7.50. All these good qualities of raw water help us in providing & manufacturing a good quality Packaged Drinking Water or a Packaged Drinking Water with Added Minerals. As in our Manufacturing Process of Manufacturing of Packaged Drinking Water we are not using any chemicals so the quality of our Product is very good & if at all we have to use any chemical for back wash of our RO Membrane then also using we are using Food Grade Chemical & as per the approval of BIS & with in the prescribe limits of BIS & the same is not harmful at all. So all these are helping us in manufacturing a good quality Packaged Drinking Water & in our entire product there are some residual Natural Minerals. It is also to inform that as we are drawing our Raw Water from a bore well of 300 ft. deep so the quality of raw water which we are drawing & using is very good & constantly available throughout the year & is available in plenty also.
Plant is situated in a spacious Double Storied R.C.C Building with a provision of Good Hygienic Condition having Kota Stone Flooring in the Plant portion on Ground Floor with Glazed tiles Lining up to height of 5’-6” on all the walls & with a sufficient provision of Lights & Ventilators, Exhaust Fans & Air Ventilators for proper Ventilation & with proper provision of Insect Killers & Inspection Lights to keep proper hygienic conditions inside & outside of the plant In addition to this we have sufficient storage space for storage of Raw Material & Finished Goods
For Manufacturing & Processing of Raw Water to Manufacture Packaged Drinking Water we are using 7 stage R.O system & our R O Plant is of the capacity of 6000 LPH & in our plant are using SS-316 only & for the disinfection of Raw Water we are having a provision to disinfect the Raw Water by using/treating the Raw Water with Liquid Chlorine at the outlet of Bore Well & then we are storing our disinfected raw water in a RCC Underground Tank which is having the lining of Glazed Tiles all around & now the Raw Water is passed through sand filters which helps us in removal of suspended solid particles & use of activated carbon filter helps us in the removal of certain objectionable odors & chemicals which effects the quality of water including order & taste of water. After passing through Sand & Activated Carbon filters the filtered water is passed through 5 Micron Filters & then filtered water is passed through RO Membrane & after passing through R O system filtered water is treated with UltraViolet Treatment System. Then this UV treated water is finally passed through SS Blending Filter of 0.2 Micron for giving a fine polishing & brighter shining look to the water & now in order to sanitize & disinfect the treated water, water is mixed with an ozone generator, which converts the oxygen into ozonator & helps us in getting a good quality treated water with a freshness in the water & by mixing of ozone in the water we can also increase the shelf life of the bottled water. After mixing of Ozone in the treated water the water is stored in 5000 liters SS-316 Storage Tank & then this product water is pumped in SS-316 piping system for further filling through Fully Automatic Machines & as per chemical test report details of our product water are as under.
Color Clear, Taste Agreeable, PH 7.25–7.35, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) 35–40, Calcium (mg/l): 5.8, Sodium (mg/L): 2.0, Fluoride (mg/L): 0.1, & Co2 Nil (No Acidity)
For filling of bottles, we have one Fully Automatic Rinsing Filling & Capping machine, & filling of bottles is done through this Fully Automatic Rinsing Filling & Capping machine. In order to improve the quality of our products, we have provided one extra UV Treatment System at the inlet of this RFC machine, & in this machine, we have provided 2 Extra UV Treatment systems, one for the neck of the bottle and the other for the cap of the Bottles. All these provisions are making our products meet international standards. output of this RFC is 60 BPM, & this machine can be used for filling 200 to 2000 ML of water bottles.
After Filling & Capping the bottles, we are fixing Pre-Printed Labels labels on the Bottles through an Automatic BOPP Labeling machine. The output of this labeling Machine is 60 BPM & can be used for PET Bottles ranging in size from 200 to 2000 ML.

Sales Revenue:
The net profit depends upon the sale of the Packaged Drinking Water per month & in general if we can sell 75-80 % of your production capacity then your Net Profit will be Rs.2.00 to Rs.2.50 per litre depending on the quantity you can sell i.e., in any shape either in 250 ML Water Bottles,500 ML Water Bottles or 1000 ML Water Bottles or 2000 ML Water Bottles or 250 ML Glasses or 20.00 Liters Jars & quantity of Packaged Drinking Water you can manufacture is 40000 Liters to 48000 Liters per day/per shift of 8 hours. So, after considering the lower the amount of net Profit will be Rs.2,00 per Lt & considering that average sales will be 75% of production capacity i.e 48000 x 0.75=33600 & considering that you are able to sell only 75% of 75% manufactured Packaged Drinking Water & that too on the lower of the Rates @ Rs.2.00 per litre then the monthly revenue will be Rs.2.00 x 0.75 x 30x33600 = Rs.15,12,000.00 P.M or Rs.1,81,44,000.00 P. A. It all depends on your capacity and how much you can sell because if you can sell i.e., production of one shift or if you require more output of the PKD then you can operate the plant in multiple shifts.
Considering these details then the average Sales Revenue: will be Rs.6 x 1,81,44,000.00 = Rs.10,88,64,000.00 P.A or Say Rs.11.00 Crores
Cash Flow: Cash Flow is Monthly & initially buyer will have to invest a Sum of Rs.20.00 Lakhs only as circulation money.
