The business provides end-to-end capabilities covering parking-system design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, customisation, commissioning and after-sales support. Its portfolio includes stack parking, puzzle parking, customised car and bike elevators and other mechanised parking solutions.
The parking business currently has an order book of approximately ₹23.45 crore, of which approximately ₹18.30 crore is under execution, together with a qualified sales pipeline of approximately ₹30–40 crore. The opportunity is supported by established customer relationships, proven technical designs, trained manpower, operating processes, supplier networks and demonstrated project-execution capability.
The growth strategy includes expansion beyond Pune into Mumbai/MMR, Maharashtra Tier-2 cities and major metropolitan markets. The opportunity relates exclusively to the parking-systems business; garage equipment and unrelated historical liabilities will remain outside the proposed transaction unless expressly agreed.
